TBS is a leading group of food services companies, established in 2008, owned by Native Markets Ltd. which was established in 2014 to act as the holding company for TBS and the rest of its subsidiaries; Delicious Bakery, Rihana for advanced food S.A.E, and the Four Fat Ladies LLC.
With its solid base of 850 employees, the group offers high quality bakery products under its signature TBS brand and through its branded retail outlets, as well as other retail outlets within TOTAL gas stations and the Four Fat Ladies; an American desserts concept. Other bakery products are sold under the brand Delicious Bakery, sold through supermarkets, such as Seoudi, Royale House, Alfa Market, and others.
Native Markets Ltd offers its third party clients - through its production facility Rihanna for Advanced Food Services - a variety of semi-finished and finished bakery products including, sweet & salty snacks, cakes and bread produced in the Group’s manufacturing arm. Major clients include Starbucks, BIM and many others.
During 2016, a total of 2.5 million customers were served through the Group’s network of stores; standing at 41 stores across its various concepts in both Cairo and Alexandria.
Recently Native Markets has signed an exclusive franchise agreement with TOTAL Egypt to open identified branches until 2018 in prime locations that fit TBS brand only. In addition to signing an exclusive food supplying contract with Starbucks to provide all food range to its network in Egypt.
Late in 2017, HM Partners exited from Native Markets through completion of the sale process launched by EFG Hermes, whereby INTRO Group acquired 51% of Native Markets ltd., with the founding partners continuing to hold the remaining 49% stake.
